At MRITHIKA, we take great care in packaging and delivering our clay products. Due to the fragile and handmade nature of clay cookware, we request customers to carefully read our Return & Refund Policy before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product is received in a damaged or broken condition.
  • The wrong product has been delivered.
  • The product has a major manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for return:

  • You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Clear photo and unboxing video proof must be provided.
  • The product must be unused and in original condition.

Without proper proof, return requests may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following cases are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Damage caused due to improper handling after delivery.
  • Cracks or breakage due to incorrect seasoning or heating process.
  • Minor variations in color, texture, or finish (as clay products are handmade).
  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Used products.

Clay cookware requires proper care and seasoning before use. Please follow usage instructions carefully.

3. Refund Process

If your return request is approved:

  • We will offer either a replacement or refund.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after approval.
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side.

4. Replacement Policy

If the product is damaged during transit:

  • A replacement will be shipped after verification.
  • Replacement processing may take 3–7 working days.

We ensure proper packaging, but transit damage must be reported immediately.
